Solva energy company logo
Solva is an energy company from the Philippines that manufactures and distributes solar-powered devices: charging stations, portable chargers, cables, flashlights, and other equipment. The client needed a logo that would be contemporary and simple on the one hand, not too formal or corporate on the other, and that would still convey what the company does.
I made this logo. It was set in my
Toronto Congress typeface, which is both minimal and contemporary without being too formal, and the round letter O worked perfectly as a metaphor for the Sun — the main source of energy that powers Solva’s devices.
A dark version of the logo was also created.
As well as a monochrome version that can be used to brand the devices.
The “O-Sun” also serves as a brand icon.
